The URH-C-001 model, inspired by cycling and mechanics caps, is a foldable cap made from nylon-based SUPPLEX fabric treated with TEFLON, RUCO BAC MED, and INSECT PROOF. The soft, adjustable brim and elastic band with Woojin Plastic strap parts on the back allow for a comfortable, customized fit. The SUPPLEX fabric is lightweight yet soft like cotton, providing an extremely comfortable wear experience.
The hat's inner lining is made from coated DEWSPO fabric, while the sweatband is constructed with HYOSUNG's AEROCOOL fabric, making the hat highly sweat-absorbent and breathable. Although much lighter and more practical than conventional hats, the URH-C-001 is suitable for both weekday and weekend wear due to its flexible, foldable design.
The SUPPLEX fabric used in the URH-C-001 is not only soft like cotton but also lighter, sturdier, and provides stronger protection against the sun's UV rays, with a UPF 40+ rating. The thin fabric texture allows the hat to be easily folded and stored in a bag or pocket, while the soft wick brim creates minimal deformation when unfolded.
The AEROCOOL sweatband offers superior sweat absorption and breathability, keeping the wearer feeling fresh even after extended wear. The elastic band on the back is made from a highly elastic 24-layered ElaBand, and the innovative Woojin Plastic strap parts enable quick and accurate size adjustments.
In addition to the URH-C-001, the URH line includes other models such as the URH-H-1, CAMP/UNION, UDC/EAR FLAP, URH-CORDURA-001, and URH-CORDURA-003, each designed with a focus on functionality and practicality for everyday life.
